Venison Sausage Pizza


  • Pizza Dough – store bought, fresh dough, or frozen pizza dough
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 container queso fresco
  • Panela cheeses
  • 1 pound Venison sausage
  • Olive Oil

Toppings After it is Baked (Optional but Recommended)

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 chopped jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 1 avocado, sliced thinly

Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.
Brown and crumble the venison sausage over medium high heat and strain. Brush olive oil on your crust, add the sauce, cheeses and sausage and place in oven for 5-6 minutes. You’ll want to keep an eye on it until you have golden brown edges. Remove from the oven and allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes. Add your fresh ingredients of tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, and cilantro and slice the avocado into thin slices to place over the top.
