BBQ Squirrel

Ingredients

  • 4 Squirrels
  • BBQ Sauce
  • A-1 Bold and Spicy Steak Sauce
  • Buttermilk
  • Salt / Pepper to taste
  • Grill set up for direct heat over an Oak fire

Directions

Skin and clean said squirrel and rinse off any remaining fur. Soak squirrel in buttermilk for approximately 2 hours to get rid of any gamey taste. Lightly rinse off the buttermilk and place squirrels in a large zip lock bag and cover with BBQ sauce. Add in a couple dashes of A-1 Bold and Spicy Steak Sauce. Let that sit for about 30-60 minutes. Grill over direct heat for about 5-8 minutes per side.
