Parmesan Breacrumb Crusted Bluegill
1 lb bluegill fillets
½ Cup (1 Stick) of Melted Butter
½ Cup Dry Breadcrumbs (Panko)
⅓ Cup Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pour the melted butter into a 15in x 10in baking dish. Lay your bluegill fillets in the butter and flip them so both sides are buttered. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Now evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over top of your fillets. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the fish easily flakes apart with a fork.
